Imgur is over capacity! the photo hosting site big success

The simple image hosting website Imgur launched by Alan Schaaf in February of 2009 , allowing anyone to simply upload and get a direct link to an image, (Images on Imgur are not retained indefinitely and are deleted if not accessed once in a 6 month period) , has more than 3 million daily unique user per day and 2 Billion Page Views A Month. Due to the ever increasing success the site is sometimes struggling with bandwidth and server capacity.

Even though Imgur has approximately 2/3 of  flickr (owned by Yahoo) reach, it has not so far grabbed any investments or was the subject of acquisition, maybe it was but the company refused either investors or acquisition.
